| As women, we want to reach out to you and focus on life changing discipleship that leads women into a life that reflects Jesus in our thoughts, our words and our actions. We want to be a blessing to all of you, encouraging you in your spiritual gifts. |

Snow Days Remember when a snow day is called for the schools, many church activities will also be cancelled. To find out if a snow day has been called, call the district office at 909-336-2031.
The ladies will not meet any day that children in the Rim of the World Unified School District do not have school. This includes snow days and holidays like Christmas vacation and Spring break, etc. If the day off falls on a Tuesday, the women's ministry events for that day are cancelled.
Youth Snow Removal
While we're discussing snow, if you think you might want the youth group to help your family with snow removal this year, sign up on the clipboard in the foyer. The youth will raise money while helping out. If you provide your name, phone number and address, someone will call.

A Note from your New Women's Ministry Team
Beth Moore's Bible Study of Esther is Inspiring and Challenging Last month, the ladies in the Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening Bible studies began studying the Book of Esther. This book is full of excitement, intrigue and wisdom. Even though the name of God isn't mentioned in the book, as Beth Moore would say, "it is all over it."
In our morning study, each table group was asked to think of a name for their Bible Study Table. The attached picture is the FROG table (which stands for Fully Relying on God).
Members of the FROG Table Study are Diane Obrien, Shari Jones, Patsy Baily, Karen Burton, Nikilynne Gaddie, Til Goodman, Joanie Hopkins, Nauras Jones, Suzanne Malone, Brandi Palmer, Anna Chan.
Approximately 70 ladies attend the morning study and we are pleased that new women continue to join. It is not too late to be part of either our morning or evening study. Workbooks are $22.00.
On Tuesday mornings, we meet at Church of the Woods from 9 am to 11:30 am. Prior to the study, we enjoy a light breakfast and worship. Babysitting is provided. There is some homework in the workbook which we discuss in small groups. We also pray for each other. Every other week, we view an hour-long video by Beth Moore, which gives us deeper insight into the book as well as into our own hearts and motives.
The evening Bible Study meets from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of Joan Rigdon each Tuesday, It is wonderful to study the Bible together. Please join us.
On Tuesday, November 17, we will host our annual Bible Study Thanksgiving luncheon. Each table will contribute part of the meal. It will be a time of fellowship, praise and worship. In addition, the ladies of each table will decorate their table with either Thanksgiving or Christmas decorations. Prizes will be awarded to the table with the best Christmas and Thanksgiving decorations. The ladies get very creative and the beauty of the tables will add to the festivity of the day.
If you have any questions, or would like to join us please call Joan Rigdon (626) 429-8911 or Kathi Brixey (909) 336-1188.
